Jogamaya Devi College maintains zero tolerance regarding ragging and harrassment of any kind.

Students may submit their grievance through college website online feedback system or to any member

of Grievance Redressal Cell or to any teacher or Non-teaching staff in general throughout the session, verbally or in writing.

Grievances submitted online are handled directly by HOI along with members of Grievance Cell and also

employees of relevant departments.

All other grievances, verbal or written, are reported to the Head of the Institute immediately through members of Grievance Cell

and are investigated and redressed by the committee within short period.
